Refund & Cancellation Policy

CertMint plans are monthly and self-serve. No annual commitments are offered.

Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your account billing controls when available.
• After cancellation, service remains available through the end of your paid monthly cycle.
• No future monthly charges are applied after cancellation takes effect.

Refunds

• Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
• If a billing error occurs, contact support within 14 days for investigation.
• Approved billing corrections are returned to the original payment method.
