• CertMint is provided for community recognition workflows.
• CertMint does not issue government, legal, or regulated professional credentials.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of records you publish.

Account responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use lawful and non-deceptive data in issuance records.
• Do not abuse public endpoints or attempt unauthorized access.

Availability and changes

• We may update the service to improve reliability, security, or usability.
• We may rate limit or suspend abusive traffic to protect service quality.
• Planned and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Disclaimers and liability

• Service is provided on an as-available basis.
• To the extent allowed by law, Persimmon Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
