All CertMint plans are monthly. There are no annual prepay contracts or founder-gated downgrade paths hidden behind support requests.

What happens after cancellation

Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals. Your workspace keeps access through the end of the current paid period, which gives you time to export records or finish any in-flight issuance work.

Billing issues

If something looks wrong, email [email protected] and include the workspace email on the account. That is usually enough to locate the billing history without asking for sensitive card details.
